What is Your Bank....Your Say?

Your Bank...Your Say is a community of people from around Australia who have been invited to voice their thoughts and opinions on Westpac products and services.

Who is Westpac?
Westpac Banking Corporation (Westpac) was founded in 1817 and was the first bank established in Australia. Westpac have a banking authority issued by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) and offer a range of banking products and services including consumer and business lending products.

What is Vision Critical?
Vision Critical provides the software for Your Bank...Your Say and stores securely all the information collected. The information is analysed and reported by Westpac. Vision Critical will not disclose the information to anyone other than Westpac and there are strict privacy measures in place to protect your information. How do I register to become a member of Your Bank...Your Say?
In order to become a member of Your Bank...Your Say you will have to complete a registration survey. The link to this survey will be provided to you by Westpac.

What information is required to become a member?
To be a member of Your Bank...Your Say you will need to provide your email address. We will only use this email address to invite you to participate in surveys and discussions and to keep you up to date with all the exciting work we are doing.

How many surveys do I have to complete?
We would love to see you participate in as many studies as you are invited to take.

How do I complete a survey?
You will be e-mailed an invitation containing a unique link for each survey. Simply click on that link or cut and paste its respective URL into a web browser of your choice and complete the survey form online.

How long will I have to complete each survey?
You will typically have up to two weeks to complete each survey.

How long will the surveys take to complete?
A typical survey takes anywhere between 5 and 10 minutes to complete, depending on your Internet connection speed and survey topic. The approximate timeframe will be provided within each email invitation so you have an idea of how long it will take.

How do members receive information and feedback as a result of the survey topics they complete?
Interesting facts and findings will be made known to Your Bank…Your Say members in newsletters.

How can I win a prize?
As a thank you for providing your views and opinions, you will receive an entry into the monthly prize draw for each Your Bank…Your Say survey you complete. Each month we give away five $100 Westpac MasterCard Gift Cards Review the full terms and conditions here.

How do I find out if I've won a prize?
If you are a prize winner, we will contact you by email to confirm that you have won a prize. Once we have made contact with you, we will confirm all required details to get the prize to you. All prize members names will be published in the "Winners" section on the Your Bank...Your Say website.

How long will I remain part of Your Bank…Your Say?
As long as your time and interest allows. We hope that you choose to remain part of Your Bank...Your Say for a long time You may of course unsubscribe at any time.

How do I update my email address or password?
You can log in at any time on Your Bank...Your Say and change your email address and password using the 'My account' link at the top right.

What happens if I forget my password?
Simply click "Forgot Password?" at and follow the instructions on-screen. You will receive an email with a temporary link allowing you to reset your password. 

How do I report a technical problem?
Click on 'Technical Support' at the foot of the screen and use the self-help survey to assist with your query. If your query is not covered by the self-help survey, simply email support at including a description of the problem you are experiencing.

How can I unsubscribe?
Every email you are sent from Your Bank...Your Say will contain a link at the bottom which will allow you to unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe you will no longer receive e-mails from Your Bank...Your Say.
